Terms of Use
Last updated: August 28, 2026
By using invoicepdf, you agree to these terms. They are written to be short and fair.
Using the tool
invoicepdf is free to use for creating invoices, receipts, and estimates for your own business or organization, including commercially. The documents you create are yours.
Pro passes and payment
The generator itself is free. Pro is an optional paid pass that keeps the documents you save in a cloud archive and syncs them across devices. A pass is a one-off purchase for a fixed period — it does not auto-renew, there is nothing to cancel, and we never store your card details; payment is handled by Stripe. Your key, together with the email you paid with and your order number, is the only thing that identifies your archive, so keep the receipt. When a pass lapses, syncing stops but your archive stays readable and nothing you have made is deleted or locked. If a pass isn't what you needed, email support@invoicepdf.app within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it. We may change pass prices, but never for a pass you have already bought.
Not legal, tax, or financial advice
invoicepdf and any guidance on this site are provided for general informational purposes only and are not legal, tax, or financial advice. Invoicing, tax, and licensing rules vary by country, state, and profession. You are responsible for the accuracy of your invoices and for meeting any tax and legal obligations that apply to you; consult a qualified professional where appropriate.
No warranty
The tool is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that it is free of errors or suitable for your specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing every document before you send it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, invoicepdf is not liable for any loss or damages arising from your use of the tool, including any errors in a document you generate and send.
