Privacy Policy

invoicepdf is a free, static tool for creating invoices, receipts, and estimates. It is built to collect as little data as possible. You do not need an account, and we never ask for your email to use it.
Your invoice data stays on your device
Everything you type — your details, your clients, line items, amounts, and your logo — is processed entirely in your browser. There is no server and no copy of your invoices anywhere, unless you buy Pro and switch it on (see below). Drafts and your business details are saved to your browser's local storage so you can come back later; they never leave your device, and you can clear them at any time from the footer.
Pro cloud archive (optional, off unless you buy it)
The one exception to the above is Pro, a paid add-on you have to buy and switch on deliberately. While it is on, the documents you save — including the client details and logo inside them — are stored on our server so that the same archive opens on your other devices. Nothing syncs before you activate a key, and nothing about the free generator changes if you never do. We hold no password for you: the email you paid with and your order number are what identify a Pro archive. Sign out from the tool's My documents panel to stop this device using it; email us if you want the stored archive itself deleted.
Analytics
We use a lightweight, privacy-friendly analytics script to understand which tools are useful. It records anonymous, aggregated events such as a page view or a successful PDF download. It is cookieless, sets no cross-day identifiers, and never includes any content from your invoices. Because we set no cookies and run no advertising trackers, this site shows no cookie banner.
Payment links and logos
If you add a payment link, it is simply printed into your PDF as a clickable link — it is your own Stripe, PayPal, or Wise URL, and we are not involved in the payment. Logos you upload are resized in your browser and embedded only in the file you download.
