A pass is a one-off purchase — nothing auto-renews and there is nothing to cancel. When it lapses your archive stays readable; renew whenever and it picks straight back up. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see your card.

Already paid?

There is no password, because there is no account. The order number is the key to your archive — an email address on its own is never enough to open one. Lost the number? Look it up with your email on the order lookup page, or email support@invoicepdf.app.

The short version

What happens when a pass lapses?

Syncing pauses. Nothing is deleted and nothing is held hostage — your archive stays readable and everything already on this device keeps working exactly as it does on the free tier. Renew and syncing resumes where it left off.

Do I need an account?

No, and you cannot make one. There is no password anywhere in this product. Your key is stored in this browser; if the browser forgets it — Safari clears storage for sites you have not visited in a week — you sign back in with the order number from your receipt.

What actually leaves my device?

On the free tier, nothing: the PDF is built in your browser and no invoice ever reaches us. With Pro, the documents you save are stored on our server, because that is the thing you are buying. Your logo and details ride along inside them. See the privacy policy for the specifics.

Refunds

If a pass isn't what you needed, email support@invoicepdf.app within 14 days and we will refund it. Prices may change, but never for a pass you have already bought.
